Wilfred Clyde Isa (born May 1953 in Tokyo, Kanto, Japan; passed August 28, 2007 in Los Angeles, California, USA), also known as Wiley Isa, was a Japanese humanitarian, musician, and ADR director. His only anime involvement was the director for the English-language dub of Pilot Candidate, of which he played several incidental roles. This was Isa's only venture into acting in general.
Isa had great musical talent and played several instruments primarily the guitar and keyboard.
He also went by the pseudonym Asi Yeliw.
