Tara Jayne Sands (born September 20, 1975 in Hartford, Connecticut, United States) is an American voice actress, former television host and actress affiliated with Studiopolis, Bang Zoom! Entertainment, FUNimation Entertainment and VSI Los Angeles. She is known for voicing Mokuba Kaiba in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Anna Kyoyama in Shaman King, Biscuit Krueger in Hunter × Hunter and Hikari Yagami in Digimon Adventure tri.: Reunion.
