Steven Mark "Steve" Kramer (born March 2, 1950 in San Juan Capistrano, California, USA) is an American voice actor and ADR director affiliated with Bang Zoom! Entertainment, Studiopolis, NYAV Post and Magnitude 8 Post. He is known for voicing Shunsui Kyōraku in Bleach and Hiruzen Sarutobi in Naruto.
He is the husband of voice actress Melora Harte.
