Charles Forrest "Spike" Spencer (born on December 21, 1968 in Houston, Texas, United States) is an American voice actor who has done work for ADV Films, Bang Zoom! Entertainment, Studiopolis, VSI Los Angeles, NYAV Post and Magnitude 8 Post. He is best known for his roles as Shinji Ikari in Neon Genesis Evangelion, Akito Tenkawa in Martian Successor Nadesico, Hanatarō Yamada in Bleach, Rolo Lamperouge in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2, Takuma Ichijo in Vampire Knight, Papillon in Buso Renkin and Snake in Black Butler: Book of Circus.
