Shimoneta: A Boring World Where the Concept of Dirty Jokes Doesn't Exist is a 2015 anime series based on the light novel series written by Hirotaka Akagi and illustrated by Eito Shimotsuki. It was produced by J.C. Staff and aired in Japan from July 4 to September 19, 2015, consisting of twelve episodes. The English dub of the series was produced by FUNimation Entertainment and was released on November 29, 2016.
