Paul Bandey (born in London, England, UK) is a British actor primarily based in Paris, France. He has done many minor roles in several popular French films and works regularly in dubbing foreign films as well as cartoons, video games, and documentaries.

- Bandey has gained some infamy from the Dragon Ball fandom due to the poor direction of the dubs done for the movies and TV specials and his performances; many felt he was miscast in a majority of his roles in the franchise. The fans on YouTube coined the nickname "Old Bastard" for Bandey while confusing some of his work for that of Ed Marcus who also worked on the dubs, causing the fans to joke that they were now two "Old Bastards".
