Once Upon a Witch's Death is a 2025 anime based on the light novel series written by Saka and illustrated by Chorefuji. It is produced by EMT Squared and premiered in Japan on April 1, 2025. Crunchyroll is producing an English dub of the series, which will premiere on their streaming service on April 22, 2025.
