So a quick question; would it be okay if I changed the format of the Junji Ito Collection? After looking at how the show's credits are arranged and listed, it doesn't make sense to me to have the usual format with it.
From what I see, each segment of an episode has its own cast list, so would it make more sense to have each cast member with the cast of that episode? The additional voices, I'm not real concerned about, but the others do give me pause.
Hello. I used to edit on this wiki way back when it covered many series, cartoons or otherwise, in many languages. I know that the wiki now only covers English dubs of anime and such, and I understand if you want to keep it that way. However i was wondering if you guys ever transferred all of that info when you deleted the articles to another wiki? If not, this may be a difficult request but, could I possibly become an admin to recover all the deleted articles and revisions to transfer it all to another wiki? That is, if you're okay with that.
Oh sorry, I should've been more specific. I'm aware of that wiki and it's helpful, but I'm talking about more than that. Like this wiki used to have Portuguese dub info, Spanish, French, you name it, and I was thinking to combine all that plus English and Japanese dub info using most of the pages that were deleted here and the remaining images. However you must be an admin in order to have the ability to (temporarily in this case) restore the information from those deleted pages.
I am indeed aware of that. That's why it wouldn't be on your hands anymore, and the "problem" could be into the other community's hands. Plus, that could probably be fixed with a citation needed template so that any information that could be false can be fact checked by anyone who is willing.
All I'm asking for really is the priviledge to have the admin role here (maybe temporarily) in order to recover all those pages and move them all to the separate wiki I linked. If I need the other active admin's permission to do so as well then I'm okay with waiting.
I want to make a page for Pokemon the Series: Sun and Moon, however, since we're going by dubs, should it be the whole series (Sun and Moon) or by it's 3 dub seasons (Sun and Moon, SM Ultra Adventures, and SM Ultra Legends)
Sorry for the absolutely late response! I'll be sure to fix the roles alphabetically later when I can. As for the roles, S20 and S21 (excluding the last 2 episodes) were all given through a cast list by voice director Lisa Ortiz in private. I'll have to get permission to share those cast lists. Ultra Legends' roles were either carried over from the previous 2 seasons or confirmed seperately, which I can find for you. 👍
Netflix announced a new series called "Gods & Heroes" about an hour ago and is marketing it as an anime, done by the same producers and animation studio as "Castlevania," which they also market as an anime. Should we include these two series or not?
Ok, 1, how are they not valid sources even if they're a legitimate site? And 2, I have actually watched those anime that I listed and by ear, they came from their respected VOs. You can go to Twitter and view their profile and they voice those characters on their background. I even asked them and and they clarified they're the ones who voiced those characters. Tell me what sources do I have to find because this makes no sense. I don't see the problem editing and adding roles from animes that they're in even though you claimed they're not valid...
As he said above, sources we use are typically end-of-episode credits (see the gallery for Black Clover), revealed cast lists from the company dubbing the anime (for example: https://www.sentaifilmworks.com/news/hakumei-and-mikochi-official-english-cast-list ), announcements made by the company or even the actors/ADR directors themselves on Twitter, Facebook or other social media sites or on the actors' official resumes. For the sake of clarity, let's call these "primary sources." If you can link back to the primary sources where BTVA or those other sites you mentioned verified the credits, we can use those. And unfortunately, going by ear isn't always a reliable method of determining who voiced who. I made that mistake once and mistook Major Attaway with Ray Hurd in Blood Blockade Battlefront.
