Lupin the III: Blood Seal of the Eternal Mermaid is a 2011 anime special that is part of the Lupin III franchise. It premiered in Japan on December 2, 2011. Epcar Entertainment produced an English dub of the special, which was released on Blu-Ray by Discotek Media on July 30, 2019 and on DVD on August 27, 2019.
