Joseph "Joe" Ochman (born August 24, 1954 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, United States) an American actor, voice actor and stage director working for Bang Zoom! Entertainment, Studiopolis and SDI Media.
He also goes by the names Joseph Whimms, Joey Lostko, Josiah Wills, William Doaks and B.J. Oakie.
