The Silver Guardian is a 2017 anime series produced by Chinese animation company Haoliners Animation League and directed by Masahiko Ohkura. It is based on the Chinese web manhua of the same name published by Tencent. It began airing in Japan on April 1, 2017. FUNimation began streaming an English dub on their streaming service FunimationNow on May 3, 2017. A second season premiered in Japan on January 13, 2018, with Funimation streaming a SimulDub beginning January 31, 2018.
