Dorothy Ann Elias-Fahn (born March 13, 1962 in Los Angeles, California, USA), often credited as Dorothy Melendrez, Johanna Luis, Midge Mayes, Annie Pastrano and Tiffany Gayle, is an American voice actress who has done work for Bang Zoom! Entertainment, Studiopolis, SDI Media, VSI Los Angeles and Magnitude 8 Post. She is known for voicing Konan in Naruto: Shippūden, Kaoru Kamiya in Rurouni Kenshin, Sherry Walken in Gungrave, Meryl Stryfe in Trigun, Naru Narusegawa in Love Hina and Youko Nakajima in The Twelve Kingdoms.

She is the wife of fellow voice actor Tom Fahn, as well as the sister-in-law of voice actors Melissa and Jonathan Fahn.
