Colleen Smith Clinkenbeard (born April 13, 1980 in Shreveport, Louisiana, USA) is an American voice actress, line producer, ADR director and scriptwriter working for ADV Films, FUNimation Entertainment/Crunchyroll and OkraTron 5000. She is known for voicing Hana in Wolf Children, Gohan in Dragon Ball Z Kai, Monkey D. Luffy in One Piece, Riza Hawkeye in Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Rachel Moore in Case Closed, Erza Scarlet in Fairy Tail, Momo Yaoyorozu in My Hero Academia, Yūko Ichihara in xxxHOLiC and Akito Sohma in Fruits Basket.

She is married to voice actor Patric Carroll.

She has also gone by the pseudonyms Miranda Check, Carmen Smith, and Carlotta Tinklegoatee.
