Charles Cody "Chuck" Huber (born May 8, 1971 in Chicago, Illinois, USA) is an American voice actor, ADR director and scriptwriter working for FUNimation Entertainment, OkraTron 5000 and Seraphim Digital. He is known for voicing Android 17 in the Dragon Ball franchise, Hiei in YuYu Hakusho: Ghost Files, Kululu in Sgt. Frog, Dr. Franken Stein in Soul Eater, Ashe Landers in Black Butler, Reever Wenhamm in D.Gray-Man, Eric Nishijima in Darker than Black and Aleister Crowley in A Certain Magical Index.
