Celeste Perez (born September 28, 1993) is a Mexican-American actress and voice actress working for FUNimation Entertainment/Crunchyroll and OkraTron 5000. She is best known for her roles as Sei Takanashi in The Saint's Magic Power is Omnipotent, Rin Shima in Laid-Back Camp, Sakura Kōno in Horimiya, Konomi Okonogi in Kaiju No. 8, Anne Halford in Sugar Apple Fairy Tale and Alicia Williams in I'll Become a Villainess Who Goes Down in History.
